Job summary

Medi Home Health Agency- A Division of Medical Services of America, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapist to join our home health team. You will provide in-home physical therapy services and collaborate with families and physicians to support patient independence.

Qualifications include an active Florida PT license, current CPR certification, and at least 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
