Ability Care Services in Florida is hiring a Registered Physical Therapist for home health PRN, part-time. As a PT, you will visit patients in their homes, assess conditions, and initiate care with face-to-face visits.

• Must have FL-approved master’s RPT degree from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and orientation.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
• Current FL State RPT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition and initiate start of care with face-to-face visits.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review.
• Evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas.
