Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with care plans, discharge planning, and diverse patients.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and patient records.
• Skilled in manual therapy, trigger point therapy, orthopedic treatments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
