Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatments within the scope of practice and ethical guidelines.
• Assess and monitor therapeutic/functional status and contribute to the total plan of care.
• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy, including home-based interventions when applicable.
• Instruct patients/families in exercises, devices, and home programs for outside therapy sessions.
• Prioritize caseload, coordinate staffing needs and handoffs.
