Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver therapy to a diverse patient population in alignment with physician directives.

Responsibilities include conducting home and clinic-based interventions, educating patients and families on exercises, and collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services.
• Perform assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Deliver therapy in home or clinical settings as appropriate.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Prioritize caseload and coordinate with care teams.
