FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Wilmington, MA. Treat patients in private residences and senior living communities, helping them improve mobility and independence with a flexible schedule.

Telehealth and virtual care may be incorporated to enhance continuity of care and reach more patients. This full-time role offers salaried benefits and opportunities for growth within a clinician-led practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (MA) or eligible to obtain license.
• Experience delivering one-on-one PT in-home or in senior living settings preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth/virtual care as part of patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence, and function.
• Document accurately in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/SLP and Fitness Specialists as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
