Job summary

Luna seeks licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across the United States. You’ll set your own schedule and be matched with nearby clients, with on-the-road visits and flexible hours.

Use the Luna app to document care, monitor prescribed workouts, and receive direct payments. Requires active state license, CPR/BLS, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive (12 min on average).
• Complete documentation in 3–5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
• Flexible scheduling – you choose when and how often you treat.
• Per-visit pay with the ability to increase earnings by adding visits.
