Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring multiple full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. If you want a flexible schedule, steady caseload, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is paid per visit, with rates between $65 and $80 per visit. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a PT clinical excellence bonus.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and email/text communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
