Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed physical therapists to deliver in-home care for adults and seniors in the Jupiter area. You’ll evaluate mobility, design goals, and implement personalized rehab plans while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehab and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention.
• Maintain timely home health documentation per Medicare standards.
