Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, helping patients regain mobility and independence with a personalized treatment plan.

You will evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, designing plans that include exercises and manual therapies, and educating families to support ongoing rehabilitation. A valid PT license and CPR/BLS certification are required, with at least 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for health and independent living.
• Collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
