Qualifications

• Active PT license in Ohio.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience in home health or similar setting.
• Reliable transportation to care sites/work locations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and independence.
• Collaborate with other providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
