Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a FT Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will provide patient visits, guide exercises, and document progress to support rehabilitation goals.

Requires current PTA license and CPR/BLS, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of PT experience in home health. Flexible scheduling and daily pay are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current PTA licensure in the state of the position.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
• Minimum 1 year of professional PT experience in home health or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home visits based on plan of care under a PT direction.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patient and family on rehabilitation participation and safety.
