Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, located in Center Moriches, NY, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. The role involves evaluating patients' needs and developing customized treatment plans. A generous benefits package is offered, along with a competitive salary range of $90,000–$100,000.

Eligible candidates must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist program and hold a valid New York license. Home health experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

• Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York is required or eligible.
• Home health experience is preferred but not mandatory.
