Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app without OASIS paperwork.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
