Job summary

Always Best Care of Albuquerque-Rio Rancho is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our Home Health team on a full-time basis. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates will have a PT degree, state license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed/registered as required by the state.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a health care facility preferred but not required.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a good driving record.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques

Always Best Care is looking to add a physical therapist, with an opportunity to a full-time position, to our Home Health team. We are seeking a candidate to add to our energetic team, and who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in need of physical therapy services. Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred, not required.
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
