Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on delivering skilled PT interventions and developing personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care in the home setting. CA licensure and clearances are required, with annual immunizations and a valid driver's license necessary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• Valid fingerprint clearance.
• CPR and ACLS certifications current.
• Recent TB test and annual flu vaccination.
• Immunizations up to date including COVID-19, HepB, MMR, Tdap and Varicella.
• Valid driver's license and auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Education

Physical Therapist Assistant license (CA)

CA Fingerprint Clearance Card

CPR/ACLS certification

TB test & Flu shot within past year

Immunization records (Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)

Driver's License with auto-insurance
