Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults in Albuquerque, NM. The role supports functional goals through evaluation, treatment planning, and caregiver education in patients' homes or in living facilities.

The position requires licensure in the state, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent), and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent combination as specified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students as required by licensure.
• Ensure attendance to treatment schedules, documentation, and meetings.
• Perform patient care, care conferences, and referrals to other disciplines when needed.
• Develop and modify plans of care with patient/caregiver input.
• Promote safety and proper equipment use; manage home-based therapy sessions.
