Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring Sprinters to bring healthcare directly to patients’ homes. You will perform phlebotomy, vitals, and preventive services while traveling across your service area.

The role emphasizes independence, strong patient rapport, and delivering high-quality care in diverse home environments. Successful candidates will have phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, BLS certification, and comfort using iPhone/iPad-based tech.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with experience in challenging sticks.
• Experience in home healthcare as Phlebotomist/MA/LPN/LVN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at first patient on time.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes within assigned service area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
• Document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have supplies and PPE.
• Manage your time, supplies, and schedule between patients.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in every patient’s home.
