Job summary

Sprinter Health hires a dedicated Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. The role involves traveling to patient residences and performing a range of preventive and diagnostic services with a focus on phlebotomy and patient comfort.

Ideal candidates have strong home health experience, current BLS certification, and reliable transportation. The position includes provided equipment and a stable schedule, reflecting a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including challenging sticks.
• Patient facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred (Phlebotomist/MA/LPN/LVN).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. for first patient.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones/iPads.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes within the assigned area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, AWV support.
• Document each visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off/shipments.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedules across visits.
