Job summary

Sprinter Health seeks dynamic full-time nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants to deliver preventative and diagnostic care in patients’ homes. You will use portable tech to capture retina images, ECGs and more, while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have venipuncture experience, are reliable, compassionate, and ready to work autonomously with a focus on high-quality care and HIPAA-compliant communication with families and clinicians.

• Problem-solving and adaptability for last-minute changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for care coordination.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Reliable transportation for patient home visits.
• Flexible, compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Pass background and DMV checks; possess valid licensure/certification.
• Be able to navigate homes including stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services in patients' homes.
• Capture diabetic retina images and perform ECGs.
• Record findings using digital stethoscopes and other tools.
• Follow schedules and travel to multiple patient homes with supplies.
• Ensure proper labeling of samples and coordinate lab drop-offs.
