Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You’ll travel within your service area to perform blood draws, vitals, height/weight assessments, urine collection, and support Annual Wellness Visits, in a setting away from a traditional clinic.

You’ll work independently, create a warm, professional experience in every home, document visits using Sprinter technology, and ensure specimens are properly labeled and transported.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills with experience in challenging sticks.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Drive to patients’ homes within your service area and perform scheduled services.
• Conduct blood draws, vitals, and height/weight measurements with care.
• Assist with Annual Wellness Visits and other preventative services.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens safely for lab drop-off.
• Manage time and supplies while moving between patients.
