Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Vacaville, CA to drive home pest protection sales. You’ll leverage the Orkin brand and training to deliver tailored pest solutions, while building relationships with homeowners. No prior industry experience is required and training is provided.

You will operate with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer empathy, supported by a company vehicle and performance-based compensation. A licensed driver is required.

Qualifications

• No Industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver to recommend the best pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with provided advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments at customers’ homes and explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes and advise on next steps.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
