Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations.
• Conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to generate sales.
• Schedule home visits, explain products, and set expectations with homeowners.
• Use iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
