Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to drive new business and deliver in-home personal training services. You will design personalized programs, assess clients, close sales, and mentor trainers. This role emphasizes growth opportunities within a leading home-training company.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating custom plans, and promoting services to clients and businesses. The ideal candidate has fitness certifications, sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
