Job summary

GYMGUYZ Master Trainer is responsible for delivering in-home personal training while driving new business and revenue growth. You will design personalized programs, perform assessments, close initial and renewal sales, and mentor teammates as needed.

You will travel to clients' homes, train across fitness levels, and use the GYMGUYZ app to tailor sessions. This role offers growth through training, advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
• Service check of Personal Trainers to ensure best practices.
