Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking passionate personal trainers to provide in-home and on-site sessions, helping clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals. You will tailor programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App and ensure safety, progress tracking, and ongoing motivation.

Travel to client homes is required; flexible hours and ongoing training opportunities are available to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site training sessions to clients at various fitness levels.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor client progress and conduct reassessments.
• Drive to client locations and manage scheduling.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
