Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required and up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training at clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness App for programming, session notes, and progress tracking.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Reassess clients every 4–6 weeks and manage scheduling.
