Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a team that values expertise, flexibility, and professional growth.

Trainers work with a warm client base and use the Svetness App to track progress, schedule sessions, and communicate with clients, while enjoying growth opportunities and supportive management.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification.
• HS diploma or GED; 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living.
• Experience with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not have equipment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all sessions, including programming and notes.
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
