GYMGUYZ Williamsburg in NW Washington seeks a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy mobile training at clients’ homes, offices, and workplaces. This role offers flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time, with opportunities for growth and performance bonuses.

You will design personalized programs, perform reassessments, and track results using the GYMGUYZ App, while representing core values DRIVE—Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Nationwide PT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• Willingness to travel between sessions with reliable transportation.
• Proficient with mobile apps to manage sessions and notes (Mindbody, Trainerize).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
• Manage your schedule across multiple clients.
• Motivate clients and celebrate milestones.
• Collaborate with a team that shares your passion.
• Represent DRIVE values in every session.
