GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking an energetic Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. You’ll design personalized programs via the GYMGUYZ App and conduct reassessments to track progress.
Flexible scheduling supports part-time to full-time engagement, with growth potential within a nationwide network. The role emphasizes mobility, independence, and client-centric coaching, with performance bonuses and ongoing development
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
- Experience using mobile/web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
