Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to train clients in-home or at client sites, with a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time. You will design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, and lead clients toward their goals, all while upholding the DRIVE values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Proficient with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes (e.g., Mindbody).
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy and creativity.
• Design personalized fitness programs for clients.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App to track progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and coordinate with clients.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate achievements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values.
• Represent GYMGUYZ with Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence.
