GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a passionate Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized in-home fitness training. You will create tailored workout plans, motivate clients, and empower them to reach goals in the comfort of their own space.

The role offers independence, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and comprehensive training with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on client goals and fitness levels.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure continued success.
• Educate clients on proper techniques and a balanced lifestyle.
• Foster a positive, encouraging training environment and maintain clear communication with clients and team.
