Assistance Plus is seeking a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) in Albion, ME to provide in-home care and ADL assistance in clients' service plans. The role involves traveling to multiple clients’ homes, transporting clients, and supporting daily living activities with a focus on safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Proof of vehicle insurance and a valid Maine driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry level computer experience and must have access to email/internet.

Responsabilités

• Follow client service plan duties.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support nutritional needs including meal planning and preparation.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Provide transportation within a 30 mile radius and travel as scheduled.
• Maintain safe home environment and report safety hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
