Job summary

Qualifications

• A patient, sympathetic attitude toward the elderly and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required of the role (lifting, bending, and standing).

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Mobility Support: Help with walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Household Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and tidying the living area.
• Nutrition: Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and healthy meal preparation.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, conversation, and engagement in hobbies.
• Transportation: Escort to doctor's appointments and assist with errands.
• Reporting: Observe and document changes in health and report to supervisor.
