Job summary

Professional Case Management in Nevada is seeking Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home healthcare services for veterans and other clients. You can set your own schedule and work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their homes, balancing personal commitments with meaningful care.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, respect for diverse backgrounds, and reliable transportation. Training may be provided for the right applicants.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care prepared by the supervising RN, promoting client independence while protecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, mouth care, shaving, dressing, feeding, ambulation, exercise, transfers, positioning, medication reminders, respiratory care, homemaking, respite care).
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks (light housekeeping, meal prep, dishwashing, bed making, laundry, appointments, shopping).
• Follow emergency procedures and report changes to the RN promptly.
