Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. You will work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy that builds essential skills.

This role supports pediatric patients in Houston and surrounding areas, with full-time and part-time options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech language therapy interventions under the supervision of an SLP.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding needs.
• Assist in improving functional communication and independence.
• Educate families on therapy carryover techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising SLP.
• Coordinate care with clinical team members.
• Document all therapy services in EMR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
