Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Tyler/Whitehouse, TX. Work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy that builds essential communication and functional skills.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy interventions under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising SLP
• Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
• Educate families on therapy carryover techniques
• Monitor progress and report to supervising SLP
• Coordinate care with clinical team members
• Document all therapy services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
