Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-home pediatric therapy team serving Lufkin, TX and surrounding areas. Flexible PRN and part-time scheduling with competitive session rates starting at $65 per visit.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development.
• Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
