Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Lufkin, TX, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team providing in-home pediatric therapy services for children in Lufkin and surrounding areas.

This PRN/part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $65 per session, with travel stipends and other incentives. Collaboration with a supportive interdisciplinary team and ongoing professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Feeding/swallowing experience is a plus.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, articulation, and communication.
• Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
