Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn. Qualified candidates have ventilator and tracheostomy experience and a NY RN license.

We offer immediate openings with flexible shifts across days, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and 8–12 hour options, plus a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

Active New York RN license.
Current BLS certification.
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required.
At least 1 year pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Physical completed within the last 12 months.
Current MMR immunity (lab report).

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Receive ongoing support from clinical and administrative teams.
