Job summary

Positive Development is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct clinical work for children in home or community settings in Ventura, CA. The role works under supervision, with emphasis on maintaining active licensure and future private insurance/Medi-Cal paneled status.

This part-time position involves collaboration with the Early Birds team and clinicians to support individualized motor goals.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensed in California.
• Experience with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Ability to provide in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out home or community-based sessions on a part-time basis under supervision of the clinical director.
• Coordinate care by writing notes and reviewing video clips to track progress on PT goals.
• Attend IFSPs for Early Birds clients and help write measurable gross motor goals and strategies.
