Job summary

Amigo Baby, Inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric therapy in home settings across central California. Birth to 3 years caseload, travel required, session times managed by you with full-time or part-time options.

You will perform developmental assessments, educate families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive milestones. Training included; bilingual skills and pediatric experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Pediatric experience is a plus; bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental assessments and treatments for birth-to-3 in home setting using play-based approaches.
• Educate parents and provide home programs aligned with milestones.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Complete semiannual progress reports and regular therapy notes.
• Submit documentation and signatures on a semi-monthly basis.
