You will work directly with families and provide in-home services according to Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). Qualifications

• Valid licensure in Pennsylvania for Physical Therapy practice.
• 24 hours of annual Early Intervention Training.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Professional Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, related services and therapies based on IFSP.
• Support and foster child development using a coaching model.
• Completing daily notes and progress reports.
