Cades is seeking qualified Early Intervention Occupational Therapists for Delaware and Chester Counties. The role involves providing in-home services according to the Individualized Family Service Plan, utilizing a coaching model to support families and children.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pennsylvania license, a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, and ideally have pediatric and early intervention experience. Cades offers flexible schedules and competitive rates, along with mentorship and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for area of practice.
• 24 hours of annual Early Intervention Training.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, related services and therapies according to the IFSP.
• Work collaboratively to support growth and development of children.
• Provide community resources and support services to families.
