Job summary

Cades is seeking a qualified Early Interventionist/Special Instructor to provide in-home services for families in Delaware and Chester County. The role involves implementing therapy aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and utilizing a coaching model for family empowerment.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree and have experience working with preschool children with disabilities. This position offers flexible schedules and competitive rates in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Special Education, or related fields.
• 1 year of experience working directly with preschool children with disabilities.
• 24 hours of annual Early Intervention Training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services and therapies according to the IFSP.
• Use a coaching model to support children’s growth and development.
• Complete daily notes and progress reports adhering to policy.
