Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility and independence.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress toward goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.
