Qualifications

• DPT/physical therapy degree is required.
• TN State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass background check clearance.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Ability to work in home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations.
• Develop and implement therapy goals.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to provide care.
• Provide timely written session notes and upload to database.
• Contribute to IFSP development and implementation.
• Deliver 1:1 intervention in the natural environment.
• Coach and empower families to reflect on their actions to improve their child’s functioning.
