Job summary

Space to Grow Therapy is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to join our in-home and clinic-based services for children. In this full-time role, you will assess, plan, and provide therapy to foster development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living, while collaborating with families and healthcare teams.

You will hold an active California OT license, have at least one year of pediatric experience, and communicate effectively to support families in

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active California OT license.
• 1 year minimum pediatric experience; home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to children in home health or clinic settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address daily living skills.
• Conduct evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Educate families on strategies to support progress at home.
• Document progress and coordinate with other health professionals.
