Job summary

MGA Homecare Pueblo LLC in Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home pediatric therapy to birth to 21 clients. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and educate families to participate actively in care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program is required.
• BLS CPR Certification is required and tested in-person.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• New graduates or out-of-state movers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy for children, birth to 21, in home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to participate in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
