Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention in York, PA. In-home services for ages 0-3 with flexible full-/part-time options and W-2 benefits.

Flexible hourly rates are $65-$75/hr, with higher rates for county-crossing travel. Hybrid scheduling and visits within a 30-minute radius are available to support home-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods; perform therapy tasks.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans; ensure compliance with standards.
• Advocacy and Support: Advocate for clients' needs and help access community resources and accommodations.
